Breaking bread regularly in the Canberra region, we create a space and time away from normal daily demands where we share in safety our magic, aspirations, wisdom, laughter, ourselves. We veer away from the superficial, artificial, fear driven to get to the real, authentic, unique, truth of yourself.
Meaningful conversations, empowering stories, told from the heart and shared with honesty, revealing our vulnerabilities we find our core strengths. Counter intuitive, we break from the normal, ordinary confinement of “shoulds,” “have to’s,” rules, obligations, duty. We challenge, question and most of all seek moments of beauty and truth in ourselves, others and this amazing world.
In finding ourselves, our truth and meaning, we liberate others to do the same. This is empowering and humbling.
